		Romance on the Wall
		-------------------------------------------------------

		Brown -- like cocoa
		  with eyes narrowed by desire
		biting the little plaits
		of a little girl in a colorful skirt

		Green stripes -- dark
		    plaited with laughter
		held fast with a dead snap
		    of unfulfilled lust

		Guiltless little feet lodged in sand
		and lips like the new moon
		the moon -- a thin shaft of light
		pinned them to the wall over the bed
		
		I looked in the morning -- the boy eyes half-closed
		held the thin plait in his mouth
		at noon -- he slinked a kiss
		over her hueless lips

		At night -- a rustle awakened me
		    the moon was rustling
		over the plaited bodies
		    in yellow sand

		przybil/ ich do s/ciany nad lo/z/kiem

		Patrzyl/am rano -- chl/opiec mruz/yl/ oczy
		warkoczyk cienki trzymal/ w ustach
